Irene Lane is a distinguished professional with extensive experience across education, classical music, philanthropy, and holistic services. She began her career as an educator and Vice President of Lane Montessori Schools, later serving as President of the Nelly Berman Classical Music Institute. Through her philanthropic leadership on behalf of the Gertrude Lane Foundation, she helped secure substantial funding to advance its mission. Since 1994, she has served as President of Lane Holistic Institute, providing coaching and a range of professional services to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Born in Quito, Ecuador, she has called Miami home for over 30 years & is fluent in English, Spanish & conversational Portuguese. With a background in International Relations, Business, & hospitality, she is a certified Unblinded Mastery Partner & strategic partner in ACTi, an AI venture transforming how professionals operate & grow. Dennis Adams
Chief Financial Officer
Dennis grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and attended Westminster College, achieving a B.A in Business Administration in 1968. He then joined Mellon Bank, working in their highly regarded Investment Research Department for eight years. He then enrolled in the University of Southern California's graduate M.B.A. program. After graduating, he joined Delaware Investment Advisors, an emerging mutual fund in Philadelphia. Their unique high-yield investment approach allowed them to grow to several billion dollars and be acquired several times. After retirement, he has served on several small company boards and continued his personal investment activities.
Sara Cerato
Senior Vice President Business Development
Sara was born in Oregon and spent much of her childhood living in Iran due to her father's work as an economic advisor to third-world nations. She studied at the Sorbonne in France and graduated with a degree in French studies. Her career began as Director of Admissions at Temple University Medical School where she admitted the first blind medical student in history. She followed that with a role as Director of Public Information for the State of New Jersey, promoting the Garden State to businesses and encouraging them to locate there. In 1980, she joined Butcher & Singer in Philadelphia as an institutional sales manager. She was later recruited to join Nomura Securities, the largest stock brokerage firm in the world as a global sales manager, and then HSBC, the largest English-speaking investment banking firm in the world. Eventually, she joined Solomon Brothers as Director of Global Equity Sales, and she maintained that position through subsequent mergers with Smith Barney and Citigroup. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Film Society, and as Vice Chairman of the Philadelphia Opera Company. She co-manages an art consulting business, procuring art for companies such as Brandywine Realty and Liberty Property Trust and donates her time providing financial literacy advice to the underserved communities in the tri-state region.
